PM Machinery Maintenance Pty Ltd is an Australian family-owned company that predominately provides services to the industrial and commercial food processing and packaging sector. The company founder, Phil Mangano started this business in 2017, after being in this industry for over 43 years. Starting as an apprentice Fitter, Turner Machinist with a large Queensland based food equipment manufacture in 1982, I became proficient in many areas such as machining, fabrication, machine assembly, site installations, service and attend equipment breakdowns. I also have spent many years in the R&D department where several innovative designs were created.

One thing I do know after all these years, is that you will get the highest run time and the longest life out of your equipment if you have a Preventative Maintenance program in place. Most large companies understand this, and it is one of the biggest reasons why they get to become large.

Starting in the home shed, we have now grown to be situated in a much larger workshop at 240m2 in an industrial complex in Meadowbrook, Qld. Our capabilities range from - emergency breakdown, onsite repairs, fabrication of ancillary equipment, structures and refurbishment of your equipment in house.

The majority of my time is spent on call outs to sites that need urgent repairs. With our fleet of break down vehicles, we can respond to your needs with mobile welding equipment and a vast array of tools. We can react quickly to a request to visit your site for breakdowns or with some forward planning can arrange with you a preventative maintenance program.

To work in with your production schedule, PMMM can be at your site weekdays, weekends or public holidays if needed. We are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and Q fever. We are capable of servicing and or repairing a wide range of equipment in several areas within your plant. The following items are a general overview of what we can service and is not limited to: Processing Equipment like Industrial Ovens - Fryers - Formers - Fillers - Dicers - Slicers - Peelers - Packaging Equipment such as Vertical Form Fill Sealers, Rotary prefab bag filler/sealers and horizontal flow wrappers - Multi head weighers - Linier weighers - Pumps, etc.

As new quality equipment is either being priced beyond your budget constraints or the lead times do not suit your needs, there are times customers rather refurbish or modify their existing equipment to do either a greater through put or even a different task. At PMMM we can also offer bespoke modifications to your existing equipment. Items such as, but not limited to: Platforms, Product Hoppers or Bins, various mixing and production worktables on fixed or mobile stands, Product dusters, chocolate and seasoning applicators and sprinklers, Guards, Chutes, product catch trays, just to name a few. PMMM also can custom-make equipment to suit your requirements and needs.
